Organic power Thai salad

Ingredients:

Cabbage

carrots

cucumbers

cashew

ginger

eggs

squash

quinoa

Freekeh

lemon juice

mustard seeds

olive oil

Himalayan salt

Boil squash,quinoa and freekeh.

Peel carrots and cucumbers into thin slices.

Mix all ingredients together.

Add soy ,organic lemon and olive oil with Himalayan salt for dressing.
