Blueberry and coco tart

Ingredients:

For the dough:

200 g of flour

1 tbsp sugar

salt

80 g butter

60 ml water

Filling:

400 ml milk

40 g corn starch

vanilla

80 g sugar

3 egg yolks

blueberries

shredded coconuts

Raspberries

1- Mix flour and sugar (you can add some whole wheat dough to the flour)

2-cut the butter into small cubes

3-Place dry mixture into a blender and add the butter.

4-Add water gradually until a nonstick ball forms

5-Kneed the dough with some flour to form a big disk that you will place on your tart mold.

6- Place cooking paper on top with some beans for a 10 minute baking time at 180 C

7- Remove the baked dough and bake again for 20 minutes without the beans until gold and crispy

8- Whisk sugar and egg yolks

9-Add corn starch

10-Heat the milk in a pan

11- Add little bit of warm milk on the mixture then gradually add the boiled milk

12-Whisk and place again on the stove for it to thicken. Don’t stop whisking while it boils.

13- Place the mixture in a bowl and cover the top of the mixture for it not to form any layer.

14-When the filling gets cold place it on top of the tart and add the fruits in a circular manner until they cover the whole surface
