Pesto sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

2 cups basil leaves

1/4 cup pine nuts

1/2 cup olive oil

Himalayan salt

You can also add black pepper and one garlic clove.

Mix all ingredients together in a blender and keep refrigerated for up to one week.

You can use your pesto sauce for salads and pasta.
