Workout Lunch

Ingredients:

Organic beef filet

Organic corn cakes

Sucrine lettuce

Organic cucumbers

Mustard seeds

Walnuts

Grill beef filet with a pinch of salt and pepper

Mix lettuce,cucumbers,walnuts .

Add olive oil,mustard seeds and lemon juice for the salad dressing.
