Panned seared tuna at LOULOU,Paris-Louvres

As I was having diner at that beautiful restaurant I had the panned seared tuna which had a crusty layer on top and some hazelnut and fresh herbs along with a diced cucumber salad.

I am a big fan of Tuna and I enjoy trying different Tuna recipes as I discover every time tasty dishes.
