Meat sometimes comes from some cows that were raised for Milk production which means that their meat is dry and hard but most importantly cheaper.

In order to tenderize meat, it is mixed with additives,salt and water.The meat then increases in weight and price.

This mixture can even be used in the preparation of canned dishes by adding colorings, dehydrated wine, sugar and caramel as flavor boosters.

Organic meats remains the best solution to avoid being tricked by meat industries.
