Okra and wild rice

This is one of my best detox meals as wild rice contains fiber and B vitamins combined with okra it adds folic acid and more fibers.

Ingredients:

Okra

olive oil

Wild rice

fennel seeds

cumin seeds

black sesame

Boil okra for 5 minutes ,until tender and add olive oil. Slice them and mix with boiled wild rice. You can add some lemon juice or vinegar to remove the gluey effect.Sprinkle some cumin,fennel and black sesame to add flavor.
