Mediterranean wrap

Here is a wholesome recipe for a protein base wrap!

Ingredients:

• 3 organic eggs
• 2 tbsps organic corn flour
• 80 g halloumi cheese
• 1/2 onion
• 1 tomato
• Lebanese zaatar
• sumac
• 1/2 tsp organic butter

Mix eggs with corn flour (previously mixed with a little water) and whisk vigorously.

Add butter to the pan,allow to melt than place the eggs mixture.
When ready flip your wrap to cook on both sides.
Cut tomatoes,onions and Halloumi in cubes and place on top of your wrap.Allow to cook for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle the condiments and Enjoy!
