Coconut sticky rice Skinnykc style

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sprouted brown rice

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

5 Pandan leaves

300 ml Organic coconut milk

1 tsp coconut sugar

1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation:

Boil sprouted rice for 45 minutes in organic coconut milk. Add Pandan leaves,Himalayan salt,1 tsp of coconut sugar and coconut oil.
